Privacy notice for Keith

Who we are

Keith is a private assistant app run by QMH Limited for the Huntington household. It is used only with the household's own Google account and is not offered to the public. Contact: mh@qmhltd.co.uk.

What Keith can access

Only what the account holder allows on Google's consent screen:

• Google Calendar: to read, add, change and remove the household's own appointments when asked.
• Google Drive: to read and save the household's own documents when asked.

How the information is used

Information from Google is used only to carry out the account holder's own requests. It is not sold, not shared with anyone else, not used for advertising and not used to train any general-purpose model. Keith's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where it is kept

The sign-in tokens that let Keith reach the calendar and files are kept on a private server operated for the household, readable only by the assistant. Calendar entries and files stay in the household's Google account; copies are made only when the account holder asks for one.

Removing access

The account holder can remove Keith's access at any time from Google Account permissions. Once removed, Keith can no longer reach the calendar or files.
